Apprenticeships & Graduate Training

Apprenticeships

You are not required to hold a university degree to pursue professional qualifications at ATCN. We currently offer apprenticeship programs that allow you to work and acquire practical experience under the guidance of qualified engineers.

Graduate Training

At ATCN’s Graduate training, engineers can expect to undertake a structured program designed to develop the individual. With the aid of experienced engineers being assigned to mentor the individual(s), the program will include annual appraisals intentionally constructed to facilitate growth, both theory and practical. ATCN is now aiming for our training to be ICE accredited, with similar agreements being available for Graduates seeking membership of other professional bodies soon.

Testimonials

Abdullah Ziad
(Apprentice Civil Engineer)
“I joined ATCN on the 5th of September 2022 having no previous background in Engineering. As an apprentice, my work/study balance currently has me studying one day at university and four days in the office. Giving me access to both, the professional environment of engineering while also enjoying student life at university. I can confidently say it has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience which has only increased my passion for engineering.”
Majeed Sheik
(Graduate Civil Engineer)
“After completing a master’s program in Construction Engineering Management at the University of East London. I was looking to transfer the information I had obtained at university. I successfully completed a probation period at ATCN and became a full-time employee in October 2022. ATCN has given me the opportunity to disseminate whatever I have learned through my years of studying into the real world of engineering.”
