The client wished to build a further 75 units as an extension to an existing development and to this end needed a full Civils Detailed Design carried out. This is where ATCN was able to provide our expert knowledge and experience to deliver the full Civils Ground Works Pack successfully and efficiently and successfully, including Highway Design, Full Levels and Foul and Surface water Drainage Design, S106 Agreement, Cut and Fill Assessment, Carriageway Design and External Works and Surfaces.
ATCN designed everything to the highest local council specification and all local and national standards as well meeting the developer’s design standards and successfully completed the project within the time and budget constraints.
