This project is a 287 dwelling residential development with 4 high rise apartment blocks and new adopted serving infrastructure. The project involved S38 and S278 agreements with West Sussex County Council and S106 and S104 agreements with Southern Water. ATCN Consulting Limited was responsible for the delivery of both the detailed highways and drainage designs. ATCN Consulting Limited also undertook the road and drainage modelling for this project.

The Client wanted us to produce a groundworks pack and superstructure pack for the housing development project of over 200 houses. The project is a multi-story project with the ground floors flats to be on a RC Structure. ATCN was able to deliver the deliverables on time as given by the Client within their budget constraints. ATCN delivered a detailed External Work and Kerbing plan, as well as a detailed engineered site layout plan, fire services access plan, Site Service Route Plans, Refuse collection point and visibility Plan, complete level design package, complete drainage solutions etc.

The site has a complex drainage design due to constraints with levels and catering for future phases. Sustainable drainage is a key feature of this project with permeable paving, attenuation basin and swales. The cut and fill exercise has been complex due to taking into consideration piling platform levels.
