ATCN were commissioned by Churchgate Premier Homes to produce a drainage strategy design in support of a planning application to develop 6 prestigious new homes. Careful consideration had to be given to existing drainage ditches immediately adjacent to the site and surrounding areas. The deliverables included Levels Strategy Design, SuDS Management and Maintenance report and a Drainage Technical Note that consolidated all the information for submission to the Local Authority. ATCN used its in-house team of competent engineers and delivered the requisites within time constraints and budget without compromising on quality of work.
