The client wished to build a development consisting of 56 units over 3-4 storey and two buildings including parking and amenity space for residents etc. And to facilitate this ATCN undertook the detailed design of the foul and surface water drainage for a new 56-unit residential development in Feltham. The scheme comprised of two apartments blocks with accompanying private access road and parking courts. A key feature of the scheme was the inclusion of SUDs features, in the form of rain gardens, swales, permeable paving and green roofs.
