As the site was on a dry island surrounded by Flood Zone 2, The client wanted ATCN to provide Flood Risk Assessment and Flood Evacuation Plan for a proposed 3-bedroom dwelling by keeping in view that there may be no direct risk to life/or property. The Client also demanded ATCN to demonstrate whether there is a safe/low hazard means of escape from the application site to an area completely outside the area liable to flooding. ATCN was able to support the client in their aims well within project timeline and cost constraints delivering a full fledge Flood Risk Assessment Report and Flood Evacuation Plan.
