ATCN were commissioned by Bellway Homes to undertake the project. The client wished to build a development consisting of 59 units and all associated landscaping and parking facilities for residents etc. Once again ATCN was able to support the client in their aims well within project timeline and cost constraints delivering a full Civils package including a full Detailed Drainage Design, Series 106 application, Series 104 application, Series 278 application, Constraints Plans, External Works plans and designs, and full detailed design construction details.
