ATCN were commissioned by Vistry Group to help in the Civil and Structural design and the development of 200 units mostly consisting of houses with the inclusion of some low level apartments. ATCN delivered a full ground works pack within the requested 8 weeks, which included; Level Designs, External Works, Cut and Fill, Drainage Designs, Suds Designs, Foundation Design. The project was to include roads that would be adopted by West Sussex County Council and drainage to be adopted by a Water Authority IWNC.
