ATCN were commissioned by Churchgate Premier Homes to undertake the detailed drainage design for the development of 3 detached dwellings in the town of Bracknell. The planning included 2 pre commencement related to drainage and boundary treatment. The drainage system plans included dimensions, locations, gradients, invert and cover levels, headwall details, proposals for the proposed mitigation measures for managing surface water flood risk within the site.
