ATCN are currently commissioned by Egis Rail UK, one of the partners in the MMA to deliver the scheme. The light rail network will be extended by offering a more attractive public transport system highlighting urban regeneration projects with costs substantially lower than those generally observed in Britain. The project is for 11km of new tramway with up to 17 stops. ATCN are providing lead technical drainage design services for the Ballasted track areas which is approximately 70 percent of the route.
